The MikroTik Chateau 5G is a high-speed, dual-band home access point with LTE/5G support, capable of using both 4G and 5G bands simultaneously for super high-speed throughput and 4x4 MIMO for the strongest possible signal, even in rural areas. Including 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports and a USB port for extra storage, the Chateau 5G R16 is perfectly suited for demanding home-office networks or SMBs where broadband connection can be unreliable.
Description
With strong dual-chain dual-band 2.4/5 GHz wireless, Chateau ensures concurrent coverage that resolves most interference issues in a congested environment. For instance, a client can use the 2.4 GHz channel for household mobile devices and reserve the 5 GHz channel for the most packet-loss sensitive tasks, such as streaming high-quality videos or VoIP calling.
As well as its robust and versatile 5G connectivity the Chateau 5G R16 also includes an intelligently engineered portfolio of features like ad blocking, web hosting, private DNS and IoT networks, and even supports home automation apps like HomeAssistant for easy management of anything from CCTV cameras to temperature sensors.
