The PATCH-25 by Poynting is a Uni-Directional RFID patch antenna with circular polarisation. This antenna covers both EU and USE RFID bands, covering GSM-800 and GSM-900 bands.

Description

The PATCH-25 antenna has been designed with a robust IP65 rated enclosure, making it water, fire and vandal resistant. It is suitable for pole mounting and easy to install, and due to its circularly polarised design it can be installed in any orientation to get a reading.

Due to this circular polarisation it can also be used to improve indoor GSM coverage. VSWR is typically less than 1.3:1, giving a return loss better than 20dB. This antenna is unique in the RFID environment because of its VSWR and gain specifications.
