The Seagate Skyhawk ST16000VE002 is a 16TB hard drive, optimised for use in video analytics and IP surveillance systems. Designed for use with a Network Video Recorder (NVR), the ST16000VE002 offers a reliable storage solution for IP surveillance footage.
Description
The Seagate SkyHawk ST16000VE002 is optimised for use with NVRs such as the UNVR, able to store up to 1TB of surveillance footage. Unlimited drive bays are supported, as well as a 256MB cache for speedy operation.
The hard drive features a SATA6 interface and can support up to 64 HD cameras as well as delivering zero dropped frames due to its ImagePerfect AI support. Built-in RV sensors are included, allowing the ST16000VE002 to maintain its performance in multi-bay systems for effortless scalability.
Also included is SkyHawk Health Management, a sophisticated suite of data security and reliability protocols that focus on prevention, intervention and recovery.
