This Premium Audio and Video Meeting Experience is a complete solution, containing a content sharing unit (Yealink MTouch), Speakerphone (Yealink CP900) and a 4K Camera (Yealink UVC30), as well as a mini-PC and a content sharing device (Yealink MShare). With the MVC300 Room System you can also use the Yealink Device Management Platform software, where you can flawlessly and easily manage, monitor, configure, update and diagnose all Yealink audio and video devices peripherals on this platform remotely.
Yealink UVC30 4K Ultra HD Camera
Yealink's new generation UHD 4K Resolution Camera, with 60FPS is what brings the great quality to your video call, enhancing your business discussions as much as possible for when you are not able to meet in person. The camera features face recognition that supports Auto-Framing, freeing users so they don't have to worry about PTZ control. The UVC30 includes a wide field of view at 120degrees to make a video conference meetings more enjoyable.
Yealink CP900 Speakerphone
A portable, bluetooth Speakerphone with premium full duplex experience, Noise Suppression (NS) and Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) that makes it easier for everyone in the room to be heard clearly. This Speakerphone Provides HD voice clarity via its six microphone beamforming array and Yealink Noise Proof Technology. The CP900 can provide up to 12 hours of talk time, supports USB plug and play and bluetooth integration connectivity to computers, smartphones and tablets. The 360-degree, 2m voice pick-up range has the ability to cover up to 7 people to be heard anywhere in the room, even if you're walking about, always ensuring that everyone in the meeting has a chance to be heard.
Yealink MTouch Console
The Yealink MTouch acts as a control console for your meetings. It gives you a native Microsoft Teams interface, reducing friction and learning time. The MTouch is an 8” Tablet with HD Multi-touch display. It comes with a Yealink Camera Control plug-in pre-installed which will let you control the video camera from the tablet, simplifying the conferencing process. It has a built-in human motion sensor to provide a streamlined experience in the office.
Yealink MShare
The Yealink MShare is a compact hub that connects to a computer via HDMI or Mini DisplayPort. It then connects to the mini-PC via a single USB cable. The MShare lets you share content from a laptop to HD displays easily, allowing for either wired or wireless content sharing.
Yealink Mini-PC
The Yealink MVC300 Room System includes a powerful mini-PC to act as the control centre of the video conference. The mini-PC has an Intel Core i5 Processor and comes with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise with license as an operating system. It has Microsoft Teams Rooms software preinstalled to get you collaborating as quickly as possible. The mini-PC has a wealth of connectors, including two HDMI video outputs, four USB-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet. On top of that, it supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
