Description
The wAPG-5HaxD2HaxD can deliver WiFi 6 across both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, with 2x2 MIMO supported on both to increase performance in congested areas both indoors and outdoors. It's capable of being discreetly mounted to the ceiling or wall, and supports seamless roaming for devices between access points to form a mesh with fast-transitioning connectivity to avoid drops when switching between access points.
The wAP AX's WiFi 6 includes a suite of security features and protocols like OWE/WPA3-PSK/WPA3-EAP encryption and management frame protection, guarding against brute-forcing and deauthentication.
On the rear of the unit, the wAP AX features 2 x Gigabit RJ45 ports that can provide gigabit wired connectivity to VoIP phones, IP cameras and more, with the device itself also able to accept PoE-In through port 2 to streamline installation.
